• Nottingham City Transport has trebled its Scania fleet, with the acquisition of 20 Alexander-bodied N113 buses.
The batch includes 12 80seat double-deckers which are similar to the eight delivered last year; two of them carry dual-purpose colours for Nottingham's Park and Ride service.
The remainder are singledeckers; the first of their type for NCT.
They feature dual-purpose Alexander PS 51-seat bodies.
The company has also bought two Mercedes and four Renault midis, taking its newvehicle purchases since deregulation past the 150 mark.
