• An unusual rental scheme has been launched by contracthire specialist Ferst for Whale Blazer demountable gritter bodies.
Customers pay rent of £586.80 (ex-VAT) for each of the five winter months of the year for a total of seven years. There are no payments during the other seven months of the year and customers are given the opportunity to buy the body for £250 (ex-VAT) at the end of the rental agreement.
