Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

C Transport (Wimborne) for using the launch of the new Rover 800 series to promote — in a somewhat dramatic way — a new Italian-built hydraulic crane/loader called the Load-a-Lift.

Westover sales manager Mark Purdon said that the crane was used to lift and suspend the new model Rover 15m (49ft) high over Westover's forecourt, for maximum impact and visibility from the busy Castle Lane, Bournemouth (though how anyone can tell what a new car looks like from that angle, beats me).

But now for the commercial — and they deserve it having gone to that much trouble to promote the Rover — it can lift up to 19 tons and transport heavy, awkward loads over long distances at normal road speeds up to 884m/h (55 mph). Says Ian Rycroft, EC Transport's managing director "We anticipate a big demand for the Load-a-Lift throughout the UK. Its ability to lift, load and =sport all on the

one vehicle saves time and avoids the separate hire of a crane and low-loader."

Apparently, the company has received inquiries from civil engineering companies, helicopter repair shops, machine tool movers and the Ministry of Defence, and the company anticipates a demand for the crane (or is it a 'vehicle'?) from heavy vehicle roadside recovery operators, boat transporters and freight forwarders.
