of Britain's largest private operators, which recently and proudly delivered the
500.000th ton of newsprint manufactured by Bridgewater Paper Company of Ellesmere Port, just under three years after it had delivered the first ton to the St Helens Reporter, which is part of the South Lancashire Newspaper group.
Throughout that three-year period Suttons has stored and distributed nationally a large proportion of Bridgewater's newsprint, utilising its substantial trunking and depot facilities in the North-west at Warrington, St Helens, and in East London.
