solved the longstanding problem of lubricating bearings in the hostile environment of heavy loading, severe vibration and high temperature — with the launch of a new extreme performance grease called Sovereign LC.
In extensive field trials, Gulf Sovereign LC has achieved increased equipment efficiency, the virtual elimination of hearing failures and greatly reduced maintenance costs.
Unlike the widely-used lithium greases, Sovereign LC is not extruded from bearings under shock loading and vibra tion and has been proven to eliminate the frequent bearing failures in problem applications such as centrifuges, bailing processes, motorway coaches and impact breakers.
Such is the performance versatility of the product that it lubricates in operating temperatures as low as —20°C or as high as 200°C. It has successfully replaced expensive, conventional high temperature greases by actually reduced bearing temperatures.
