A lorry driver who h; pleaded guilty to driving tipper lorry with a private ti disc, has had his case a journed until August 1 t Bexley Magistrates becaui of the heavy fine that ti offence may carry.
William O'Donovan wi stopped in October of last ye at Blendon Road, Bexley, in h Foden tipper which displayed tax disc showing the priva vehicle rate of £50 — the corre vehicle excise duty rate for tt vehicle was over £700.
