A SERIES of one-day briefings have been arranged throughout the UK to help employers prepare for the new Notification of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations, 1980, which take effect at the end of this year.
All employers will have to reconsider their internal accident recording systems, and discussion leader Bowes Egan will give guidance on the implications and requirements of this proposed legislation.
