Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW form of construction for van bodywork has been developed by Lawrence David Ltd of Middleton Road, Yaxley, Peterborough, which uses a plastics foam core sandwiched between reinforced plastics sheet. The construction is similar in some ways to that used by some bodybuilders using a one-piece plywood core faced with reinforced plastics.

Any thick ness can be specified according to the insulation properties re

quired, but the minimum thickness is 21 mm (0.83 in) which gives an interior width of 2.48 m .(8.07 ft). The same panels, although of thicker cross section, are used for the floor and roof, the bolted joints between all these panels being hidden behind

an aluminium perimeter frame.

No cross members, pillars or roof sticks are needed although if meat-slinging rails are needed along the ceiling, they are suspended from cross members bolted directly to the roof slab.
