• One of the categories in which the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust will be offering travelling fellowships in 1969 is "Transportation—the planning and operation of public transport services including the movement of commodities in large amounts".
Awards are open to all UK citizens and no special qualifications are required. Fellowships normally last for three months and may be taken in any country or group of countries in one continent. The grant covers all expenses— for example a North America grant would be about £1,400. Successful applicants may begin their fellowship at any time before the end of 1969.
Application forms may be had from the Trust at 10 Queen Street, Mayfair, London, W1X 7PD, and should be returned between September 15 and November 15 1968.
