• In a Written Answer the Minister of Powe last week said that the Government con sidered that a reduction of the temporar surcharge on petroleum products, impose+ last summer, was justified. The surcharge a fuel oil, naphtha and bitumen would be re duced from 'lid a gallon to lci a gallon a from Friday July 19.
