Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW commercial-vehicle cab has 1-3, been developed by Chrysler International, for manufacture in countries which do not have their own vehicle industry, and the design is such that it can be mounted on virtually any normalcontrol lorry chassis marketed by Chrysler, including British-built Dodge, Fargo and De Soto models. Indeed, the second prototype of the cab has been installed on a British Dodge normalcontrol 7-tonner, following successful tests in Detroit. This vehicle is at present

being subjected to further development tests at Dodge's Kew factory.

The cab has been designed to permit the use of low-cost press tools and so make limited-volume production feasible, with a high proportion of locally produced components. The first factory to assemble the new cab will be Chrysler's Turkish plant, Chrysler Sanayi S.A., which is expected to start vehicle production at the end of this year. and the Kew Dodge already referred to will be shipped out to this plant.
