Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Citroen has introduced 12 and 15-seat minibus variants of the Relay van, in three levels of trim. The minibuses were first seen at the Birmingham Motor Show last October. They are converted from the panel van by Halifax-based Autotrim, and will be available through Citron's Relay Specialist Dealer network.

Twelve-seat models are based on the standard-height 2.8-tonne Relay 1000 with a 1.9-litre diesel engine or the 3.2-tonne Relay 1400 with the 2.5-litre unit; 15-seat buses are bigger, based on the high-roof, long-wheelbase Relay 1800 and fitted with the 2.5-litre diesel or turbodiesel.

Base models are fitted with cloth-trimmed lowback seats (forward-facing throughout) and lap belts. The LX spec gets the semi highback Rescroft Defender seats fitted with three-point seatbelts that meet EC standards, and additional trim and lighting. The top-spec SX has further trim and equipment, including highback Defender seats with head restraints and armrests, a saloon heater and a four-speaker audio system.

Prices start at 0E13,393 (exVAT) for the base model Relay 1000 12-seater: the LX costs £14,387; the SX is £15,117. The 15-seat Relay 1800 turbo-diesel costs £23,287 in SX trim.
