Travelling extensively throughout the UK, you will be responsible for developing and co-ordinating incentive programmes. In addition you will be responsible for support activities such as developing prospecting systems, conference scripting and presentation packages all of which play an important part in the successful realisation of sales objectives.
It's a role which demands a sound knowledge of the industry allied with a good understanding of the operation of a franchise network. What's more, your experience of developing motivational programmes should be combined with an ability to translate concepts into workable schemes. Probably aged 28-35 and educated to degree or HND standard, you will also need to demonstrate a full understanding of modern computer systems and a flexible approach towards problem solving.
