Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Enco Express says 40 West German-made Multispot welders were snapped up by garages and bodyshops within a few days, when it started marketing this model. Enco technical director Ranald RossWatt says it's the first ultraefficient one-sided spot-welder available in the UK.

Ross-Watt says the model slashes the risk of future welding-related corrosion by working through a special conductive primer thereby generating less heat. It also pulls out dents in panels, then shrinks metal back to its normal size and instantly welds on studs and rivets which secure body trim or cables.

The model delivers 2,800amps at the panel, while maximum voltage is only 6.8 at the panel. It sells at V.,185 plus VAT, including a kit of electrodes plus studs and rivets.
