Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SINCE January 1 this year Dodge has been the OAF Importer for Spain, it was disclosed last week by DAF's Net Van Doorne.

But inquiries into an exchange of technical and component information are taking longer than expected. To quote Mr Van Doorne: "The baby is taking longer to be born than we thought!"

It seems likely now that a report on the findings will not be available until the end of the year.

When questioned about a marketing tie-up with PSA Citroen (Dodge Trucks' parent company), Mr Van Doorne said that Dodge as importers meant a marketing exercise.

He would not comment on any future plans for an extension of this, and at present only the 2800, with double sleeper cab, is going to Spain.
