Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I SHOULD LIKE to draw the attention of your readers to a situation which has recently developed at the Oxford Motorchef Services.

New regulations have been introduced, banning vehicles over two tons. Security guards are employed to refuse hgv drivers admittance to the car park and to make them reverse onto the busy roundabout. However, coaches, with possible maximum axle weights, are admitted.

This anomaly suggests that the proprietors of the service area, Trust House Fortes, are discriminating against hgv drivers. If other chains follow this trend and enforce a weight limit, it will soon be impossible for hgv drivers to find refreshment at any service area in the country.
