Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EATON is to set up a "bank" of reconditioned Fuller transmissions at its truck components branch at Velbert in West Germany.

From June this year operators in Germany, France, Holland, Italy and Spain will be able to exchange their old 900and 1200-Series twin-countershaft gearboxes for factory reconditioned replacements at commercial vehicle dealerships and distributors.

Each reconditioned unit will have new bearings, gaskets, air valves and a synchroniser and will carry a six months' warranty. This new service from Eaton was announced at the Amsterdam Motor Show.
