IGNORANCE by top manage ment about implementation its safety policies is partly t blame for many industrii accidents.
This is one of the mai points of a report by HM Fae tory Inspectorate about safet in factories and service it dustries.
It says that poor quality e information is partly to blam but mostly it is management own failure to maintain safet performance properly.
