• Following the takeover last year by the British company Ralli International of the Swiss group Neptun Transport und Schiffahrt, a reorganization and expanded projects programme is announced. Neptun International Holding, with a capital of 6m SF, will head two other businesses, Neptun Transport und Schiffahrt, covering road transport and warehousing, which has already taken control of the French Kirwan company and is said to be negotiating for new acquisitions in France, Holland, Belgium and Western Germany, and Neptun Reederei, controlling the group's waterways fleet.
