• The Road Haulage Association's five-year scheme on costs and pro ductivity (CAPS) which is run by th Centre for Interfirm Comparisons has come to an end. An RH working party is still looking in the question of the best way o proceeding in the future, di Association's national council learne on Wednesday, and a decision will taken at the council's next meeting on March 28.
As part of the scheme, member have been able to take part, fo• extra payment, in special CAP surveys.
