Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WE very deeply regret to record the decease of Mr. James Alfred Jackson, which occurred in the early hours of Monday, January 18th, at the age of 71 years.

Mr. Jackson had been the chief business representative of The Commercial Motor since this journal was founded in 1905. He was born at Leeds and possessed all the traits and attributes of the typical Yorkshirenaan, and was a bachelor of genial and humorous disposition, although, when necessary, he could be forceful. His likeable personality won for him hosts of friends throughout the country.

As is the ease with many others who have been long connected with Temple Press Limited, he was, in his early days, a keen cyclist and, later, motorcyclist, before taking to a car, but even hie latest model had to be an open touring type, the comfort of a saloon having no attraction for this lover of the moors and open-air life.

As a cyclist he was a member of the Stanley Bicycle Club and the old Holborn Cycling Club, whilst he was one of the first members of the Motor Cycling Club. During a term of office with the last-named, some 20 years ago, he accepted the entry of Sir Malcolm Campbell for his first motoring event—a London-Edinburgh run.

Mr. Jackson had been ill since November, suffering from diabetes with, at the later stages, a complication of congestion of the lungs. He was buried in the family grave at Sheffield General Cemetery on Thursday last, January 21st. He was an outstanding figure in the commercial-vehicle and allied industries, and his loss will be deplored not only by his immediate colleagues and numerous friends, but also by that very wide circle with which his business brought him into contact.
