Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Hartshorne has opened a used truck site next door to its Volvo distributorship on the Parkhouse Industrial Estate in Newcastleunder-Lyme, Staffs.

The stock varies from 50 to 100 vehicles, 98% of which are Volvos, says used sales specialist Owen Green. "We have a huge volume of ex-contract vehicles coming back in all the time," he adds. "We don't buy at auction and 95% of the trucks we offer have a full service history."

Green regularly trawls the list of trucks due to come off contract in a bid to match vehicles to customers; and if a truck isn't exactly what the buyer wants, Hartshorne can always have it suitably altered.

Green says the used market is more buoyant than usual for the time of year; he's fielding a lot of enquiries for six-wheeled rigid 24, 25 and 26-tonne flatbeds for use in the steel industry.
