• The Transport Tribunal is to meet in Edinburgh on March 17 in the Quarter Session Parliament House, to hear appeals by J. and W. Kelman, of Turriff, and Islay Transport Services against a decision of the Scottish area LA who has curtailed Kelmans' licence by eight vehicles and had refused an application by Islay Transport Services for three vehicles. Both companies have the same directors.
