Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A third Lorry Driver of the Year eliminating round has been established in Northern Ireland at the Antrim coastal resort of Portstewart and will take place on June 19.

The manoeuvring and Highway Code tests will be held at the New University of Ulster. A 38-mile road route has been designed to test drivers' skill in almost every conceivable type of traffic from motorway to country lane.

Among the many attractions which Mr Ivan Gough, the secretary, is organizing, is a conducted coach trip over the road route during which spectators will be invited to spot hazards and answer questions on the Highway Code.

Entry forms for this event can be had from Mr. Gough, 33 Burnside Road, Portstewart, Co. Londonderry, Northern Ireland.
