Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FIVE PER CENT wage increase has pushed Wilkinson Transport drivers' basic pay up to £100.37 for class one licence holders. The working week has been cut from 40 to 383/4 hours.

The deal, which runs from July 27 this year, was negotiated with the Transport and General Workers Union, the United Road Transport Union, and the General and Municipal Workers Union.

Class three drivers' basic pay is now £96.97, and the guaranteed 433/4-hour (down from 45) weekly payments have risen to £119.19 for class one and £115.15 for class three drivers.
