To qualify for the award, a driver must have had 20 years' service, 10 of them in international transport for the same ..mployer, and have covered half a million kilometres on in:emotional journeys. His record must over the past 10 years be ree of serious blameworthy accident, and over the past five years of serious infringement of the traffic, Customs or administrative regulations either of his own country or of others he has visited in the course of his work.
