A TEXTBOOK which covers the rule and regulations and court case decisions affecting the operation of trans-portpersonal and commercial — Wilkinson's is not really one of those publications which could be said to be helpful in run-of-the-mill freight and passenger vehicle operation.
For the transport manager or, indeed, anybody else in transport who is a student of the law as it relates to vehicle operation, it could prove a useful addition to the bookshelf.
