FOLLOWING the recent acquisition of S. & N. Motors Ltd, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow— the Ford psv Scottish distributor—by Dorado Holdings Ltd, the retirement is announced of Mr Ernest Sanderson, chairman and managing director, and Mr Ted Walker, sales director.

Mr Alec Norris is continuing with the company until mid 1976, and Alec Ferrel, director and secretary, has been appointed managing director desig nate.

Mr Ernest Sanderson, one of the best known personalities in coach and bus circles in Scotland for almost 50 years, joined his father's company Sanderson Brothers, in 1918, and played a part in pioneering local bus services in and around Glasgow.

Mr Ted Walker, formerly northern sales manager of Duple, joined the company in 1970, and is retiring early in the New Year.
