Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• "Shamrock Express" is the name given to a new fast freight service between the UK and Northern Ireland, to be introduced early in the New Year by H. Currie and Son, St. Andrews, Travis Street, Manchester 1, and Millbrook, Larne. Co. Antrim.

There will be a daily service in each direction via the roll-on/off Stranraer-Larne vehicle ferries and it is the company's claim that cargo arriving at the Manchester depot by midafternoon will be unloaded in Belfast by midday on the following day. Loads destined for Derry or intermediate points will be delivered around lunch-time.

Unit loads with a complete cargo for one customer or one area will be carried on the firm's Dennison trailers which have 2,250 cu.ft. capacity bodies built by another Ulster firm, Fleck Bros., of Ballyclare. Part loads for breakdown at the Millbrook depot, or at Manchester, will be carried by smaller vehicles. Currently 12 trailers a week operating in each direction are transporting over im tons of merchandise between Britain and N. Ireland, Introduction of the 24-hour "Shamrock Express" service is expected to increase this figure considerably.
