• An order for 172 tandem-axle semi-trailers has been placed with Dennison Trailers Ltd., of Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, by Northern Ireland Carriers Ltd. The contract is worth £225,000 and delivery will be spread throughout 1970. When the order is completed, Northern Ireland Carriers will have 450 Dennison trailers in its fleet.
