Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A pressurized bulk flour transporter, type STF1 28 CS, has been manufactured by Interconsult (London) Ltd. of Slough, for Dock Milling Co. Ltd., Dublin.

The equipment is of the articulated, nontipping, frameless, self-supporting type. built in mild steel with epoxy lining and has a capacity of 1,015 Cu. ft. Three Interconsult safety filling hatches are provided in the top of the container and discharge is through a single port outlet, compressed air being provided by a Godfrey L800 compressor driven by a Volkswagen engine, all mounted integrally on the trailer.

The unit is towed by a Leyland Badger and the tandem-axle running gear is Rubery-Owen M -type. supplied and fitted by Aran Trailers of Dublin.

The g.v.w. is 26 tons; payload is about 16 tons. A distinctive livery has the major colours in "ripe corn" and dark blue, with a wheat motif threaded through the lettering of the of the company's name.
