Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANGRY TRUCK drivers hope to come face-to-face with motorway service area (MSA) operators in a hid to encourage better driver facilities at their sites.

Barrie Tozer, the driver behind the truckersworld.co.uk website, has written to all the leading operators including Roadchef and Moto in the hope of meeting with them to discuss parking, poor food and shower facilities, and inadequate security.

The move follows Tozer's longrunning campaign for improvements at supermarket RDCs, which resulted in some immediate changes, including drivers being given emergency overnight parking and access to canteens.

Tozer says: "I avoid MSAs like the plague, but there are always occasions when I have no choice but to stop there.Professional drivers who park up at night deserve to be treated with respect and be provided with a decent meal at a reasonable price.

"It is now time we had a joint effort to try and make the MSA operators listen to us and make much needed improvements for drivers," he adds. "If some of our regular truckstops can provide first-class meals with fewer facilities at a lower cost then so can these so-called services."
