Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

With reference to the article by Stephen Gray (CM July 29) as major manufacturers and suppliers of accessories added to a vehicle at a later stage, we cannot agree that "bolt-on goodies are a waste of money."

The article extols the virtues of the DAF sun visor and states "the sun visor was made of steel."

In fact, this sun visor is manufactured by us, exclusively for DAF Trucks, from a high grade glass fibre reinforced plastic double skinned to give a high standard of finish to both surfaces. While painting is unnecessary, it can be painted to match the vehicle A. D BAILEY, Sales Manager, Hatcher Components Ltd, Woodbridge, Suffolk.
