Offered with a weekly loading frequency, Meadows' latest groupage container run utilises an Ipswich-Mauritius ocean carrier service, with a transit time of 35 days.
Runcorn expansion
NORTH WEST Storage Services Ltd is to develop its warehousing and distribution business at Runcorn the Weaver Navigation Canal to provide improved facilities and services for existing customers with scope for expansion in both existing and new markets. It will be a three-phase development over a period of about 16 months.
Name change
BROWNHILLS COMMERCIALS Ltd is to be the new name of Brownhills Motor Sales Ltd, one of the West Midland's largest lorry organisations. The name change is of a drive to project a new image in keeping with the firm's expansion programme.

PAN ARABIAN Transport Ltd, Colinbrook, Bucks, starts direct overland services to the Middle East this month. Pan Arabian — formed out of the Middle East services division of Pan Express Ltd, which has been operating to the Middle East for the last three years — operates Scania 140 tractive units pulling 12m trailers.
