Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CONTRACT valued at more than £23,000 for the supply of bodies for 50 tipper trucks which are to be exported to Zambia, has been placed with the Paisley shipbuilding firm of Fleming and Ferguson Ltd.

This is one of the more unusual diversification contracts to be placed with a British shipbuilder and it was won because an early delivery date was quoted.

The work was sub-contracted to the firm by Scottish Land Development, of Durham.
