'THE Minister of Labour has approved the proposals of the Electricity Supply Industry Training Board for a levy of 0.02 per cent of the total emoluments of employees in the electricity supply industry in the 12 months ended March 31 last.
The levy will be used to meet the Board's administrative costs, to make grants for a limited range of training activities and possibly to cover the costs of centralized training facilities provided by the Board.
