Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE first British Electric Traction Group company to order Bristol bus chassis since this make again became available on the open market is the North Western Road Car Co. Ltd., which is to take 25 singledeck 30 ft. RE chassis.

This news is not really surprising since North Western was quite a large user of Bristol bus chassis in pre-British Transport Commission days. It will be interesting, however, to see if other companies in the group now buy Bristols.

West Hartlepool Seeks Higher Fares: West Hartlepool Corporation is applying to raise its bus fares next January, to offset the recent wages increase. Among other revisions, there will be a 3d. minimum fare.
