Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A COMPANY under Spanish control, rTh. Jolover Transport, Ltd., Covent Garden, London, who want to build up a national road haulage network in Britain, have acquired the business of H. Proctor, Ltd., Hyde.

Proctor's haulage and furniture removal business was started more than 50 years ago by the grandfather of the man who has now relinquished control. He is 725year-old Mr. Harry Proctor, who, as senior director, expanded the business to

its present proportions. Some 13 vehicles are now operated.

A spokesman for the Spanish company, Mr. Michael Montero, said in Hyde last week: "It was largely sentimental reasons that made us bid for the Hyde concern. The business is almost a carbon copy of our family firm in Madrid."

Iolover Transport will run the Hyde concern without change. H. Proctor, Ltd. will continue to run a garage and vehicle-repair shop.
