● On 3 May, a PI will look at a variation application from RR Memmory Haulage, based in Sheffield. The TC will also consider disciplinary action against the firm and the transport manager’s repute.
● Disciplinary action against Oldham-based I Singleton Transport will be looked at on 16 May at a PI. The repute of the transport manager will also be discussed.
● At a PI on 18 May the TC will look at disciplinary action against Fords International, based in Derby. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda. New company T&H Ford is due to attend a hearing on 18 May, and submit an application.

● A PI on 1 May will see James Gibbons from Newport submit a new O-licence application.
