• A Scottish local authority has lost its appeal against the granting of an operator's licence to a forwarding company.
The Scottish Transport Tribunal has dismissed Strathkelvin District Council's appeal against the granting of an 0-licence for the Fife Forwarding Company's depot at Lennoxtown, near Glasgow.
