I. Middlesbrough-based chemical handling specialist Cargo Fleet Chemical is to join the Ellis and Everard Group from Bradford, in a shares deal worth £9.9 million.
The combined turnover of the new group will amount to almost £141 million.
Cargo Fleet Chemical was set-up in 1974 with backing from ICI and Investors in Industry.
