AEach conference is to be limited to 40
delegates for whom employers may claim the appropriate safety training grants providing they are registered with the Board.
These pilot one-day conferences are being held in April and on May 15 and 29 and are intended for management and supervisory staff of garages, warehouses and road haulage businesses. The RTITB emphasizes that in addition to the unnecessary human suffering which accidents inflict, they cause an immense loss of production and cause disorganization, often with considerable financial loss.
