Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CONCERNS HAVE been raised over the potential for headlamp aim issues to be included in Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) data, which is passed on to customers.

Following last week's revelation by the Road Haulage Association (RHA) that hauliers were being forced to hand over their OCRS to potential customers, the passenger transport industry has warned operators that OCRS data is already being demanded by North Yorkshire Council in tenders.

Ian Ashman, committee member of the northern region of the Confederation of Passenger Transport, says: "Concerns were raised that OCRS information was been given to council officials who did not understand what they were looking at. Operators feared they could be excluded from council contracts over merely headlamp aim."

Vosa was unable to clarify the headlamp issue before CM went to press.
