Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SIX DRIVERS WORKING for Jobe Transport, Norwich, have been found guilty of a total of 84 driving offences at Ipswich Crown Court following a two-year investigation by Vosa into alleged false drivers' hours records.

Vosa's Eastern Investigation team inspected drivers' hour's records between November

2005 and May 2006 for all vehicles on the licence and for 10 drivers at the company, which specaiised in container movements to and from Felixstowe.

Records obtained from Felixstowe port showed vehicles collecting and dropping off containers, but the drivers' records showed

no sign of movements at the said times. Also, drivers claimed to be elsewhere when they were at the port.

All six drivers pleaded guilty to 84 false record offences. Three drivers were sentenced to 250 hours' community service; one received 200 hours.
