ONCE AGAIN, CM is linking up with ATS Euromaster to bring you a roadshow of legal seminars up and down the country, which will keep you informed about all the latest legal developments affecting your operation. The tour kicks off next month in Scotland, before taking in locations at Wakefield, Newport, Heathrow and Cambridge (see panel).

We've assembled a top team of speakers to bring you insights into road transport law. The format is a breakfast seminar, which kicks off at 8am (with breakfast included), and we aim to have you on your way back to the yard by 10.30arn.

The keynote speaker at each event will be the Traffic Commissioner for that area. They will be joined by James Backhouse from transport law firm Backhouse Jones and a Vosa representative to review enforcement issues. Each session will include: 0 A briefing from the TC on recently introduced and forthcoming legislation in the road transport sector, the issues that give them particular concern and the hot topics that are likely to surface.

• An examination of the major issues facing fleets today and a look ahead at the legislation just around the corner — led by James Backhouse of Backhouse Jones.

IP There will also be a Vosa representative talking about enforcement issues and explaining key concerns of road transport enforcement officers.
