Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TRUCK driver had a lucky escape when his truck smashed into a cottage, spilling its 20-tonne load of potatoes.

The incident happened at around 4am last Saturday (20 September) on the A49 at Leebotwood, Shropshire.

The 40-tonne truck jack-knifed, narrowly missing an ambulance before sliding on its side along the road, destroying a lamp post and a telegraph pole, then ploughing into the cottage.

The driver suffered ankle injuries and was freed by the ambulance's crew before being taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. No one else was injured in the accident.
