THE fixed-sweep Brushmate rear-mounted tractor sweeper from Danline International is said to be the ideal sweeper for mods, hard shoulders, factories and sites.
It is simple to use, requires minimal maintenance, and has a controlled brush pressure and a sweeping angle fixed for lefthand or right-hand sweeping, giving an effective operational width of 69in (1.75m). The Danline throw-away brush system offers a choice of brushes in either polypropylene or wire, or a mixture of both.
The initial, low capital outlay — currently the least expensive of its kind available, according to Danline — makes the fixedsweep Brushmate "the most popular choice for budgetconscious local authorities, civil engineering contractors and builders."
