• It has been announced by Chassis Developments Ltd that the company has acquired the sole rights for the manufacture and marketing of the Hands range of machinery-carrying semi-trailers with knock-out rear axles and load capacities of 10, 12 and 14 tons.
These units will be produced by Chassis Developments at its Dunstable factory and will be known as Hoy Trailers. Design and construction will be unchanged and Mr Peter Baides, formerly of Hands, has been appointed senior development engineer for the models.
