TIRE rates dispute between the Scottish

I Licensing Authority, Mr. W. F. Quin, and Colvilles, the steel manufacturers has, "The Commercial Motor" understands, been resolved, and licences are being issued to cover the carriage of this steel to the operators concerned in applications made earlier this year.

A ceiling of some 32 vehicles has, apparently, been agreed upon, and at the time of going to press it is understood that licences covering 26 vehicles have been issued.
