Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

7 EASY access is a feature of the Appleyard body which has been built on a Morris EGIC 30 chassis to the requirements of the Bristol Ambulance Service. A sliding door is provided on the nearside and two full-length hinged doors at the rear, all having Overton locks. Hardwood construction is used for the body frame and, to ensure a low floor level, it is mounted on steel outriggers from the chassis. Passenger equipment consists of the Appleyard light-alloy stretcher unit on the offside and a bench seat on the nearside, the latter being easily convertible for the carriage of a second stretcher patient. One tip-up seat is located over the spare wheel locker at the front of the body and another is situated at the rear.
